This traditional style handmade trestle table has been created using reclaimed English oak which has plenty of character. Historically, the trestle has been used in heraldry as it was symbolically associated with hospitality, being used both as a stool and to support tables at banquets. This distinctive base really makes the most of the rustic style, substantial oak timber, and handcrafted detailing of the pegged stretcher and asterix ends.
